1 cup of Brown Rice (cooked)
2/3 cup Celery (chopped)
1 cup Carrot (grated)
2/3 cup Cashews or Peanuts
1 cup Raisans or Sultanas
1 bunch Spring Onion (chopped)
1/4 cup Parsley (chopped)
2 tbs Sesame Oil
2 tbs Soy Sauce or Tamari
Directions: Cook rice and allow to cool, then mix through the oil and soy sauce. Add remaining ingredients and toss. Enjoy!
