Keto Everything Bagels

These are protein packed (around 12 grams), very low carb (around 5 grams per bagel) and low in calories, (around 225). They're so simple to make!  I wish I had started experimenting and making them sooner.  The only suggestion I have is that they stick a bit in a bagel tray, (even with spraying with extra virgin olive oil), so I may try little muffin bites instead next time....ENJOY!

2 cups Almond Flour

1 Cup Greek Yogurt

3 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Mix all dry ingredients together.  Then mix in greek yogurt until well combined.  Place in bagel tray, or mini muffin tin, (I'd use muffin cups next time).  Wash the tops with an egg wash, (1 egg beaten) and top with a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning!  Cook on 175 for 25 minutes and enjoy with your favourite topping!
